Walnut Mushroom Risotto ❤️
250g risotto rice
1 shallot finely diced
100 g walnuts, roughly chopped
150 g brown mushrooms
100 ml dry white wine
300 ml vegetable stock
1 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
vegan parmesan, optional

Pears in red wine sauce
2 pears, diced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp agave syrup
150 ml red wine
1 tsp. of thyme
1 tsp. of cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
