Iced tea without sweetener added is a less fattening alternative to soft drinks. This is a cheap and convenient way to make iced tea! I used to buy gallon jugs of unsweet tea but most often they were sold out of unsweet tea, so I bought sweet tea instead. This is a convenient way for me to save money, not drink sweet tea and not buy plastic jugs that pollute the environment. If you want to make sweet tea you can but I'm try to make myself less fat and only drink unsweet tea. Adding a fresh lemon adds natural sweetness! #Tea
