KFC Zinger is a popular chicken sandwich made by marinating chicken fillets in spices and then deep-frying them until crispy. Here's a recipe that you can try at home:

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- 2 hamburger buns
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix buttermilk, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, and chili powder.

2. Add the chicken fillets to the marinade and make sure they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight.

3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg and milk together.

5. Remove the chicken fillets from the marinade and shake off any excess.

6. Dredge the chicken fillets in the flour mixture, then dip them in the egg mixture, and finally coat them again with the flour mixture.

7. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F.

8. Fry the chicken fillets for about 6-8 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.

9. Remove the chicken fillets from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

10. Toast the hamburger buns and spread mayonnaise on both sides.

11. Add lettuce, tomato, and cheese (if using) on the bottom bun.

12. Place the fried chicken fillet on top and cover with the top bun.
