RECIPE:- Ingredients & Recipe below:
- Marinate 750 grams chicken with 1 lemon juice, 1.5 tsp salt, 1 tsp each of red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, kasoori methi, black pepper powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, half tsp each of cumin powder, turmeric, crushed carom seeds and 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste. Let it sit for 30-40 minutes at least.
- Next add in 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp gram flour, 1 tbsp semolina or rice flour and 1 egg white. Mix well coating the chicken pieces evenly with the marinate. Now deep fry the chicken pieces on medium flame for 8-11 minutes depending on the size of your pieces.
- For the chutney dry roast 8-10 cashew nuts, 5 cloves of garlic, 4-6 green chillies, 1 tsp each of coriander seeds and cumin seeds on low flame for 2 minutes. To this add handful of coriander leaves, 1 lemon juice, 1 tsp salt, 3/4th tsp chaat masala and 1/4th cup curd. Blend all of it together into a smooth paste adding just a bit of water.
