Pandan Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
400g boneless chicken drumstick & tigh (cut into bites)
Pandan Leaves
Oil
Marinade:
2 stalks coriander
2 cloves garlic
4 shallots
1 Tbsp. Oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. Fish sauce

Methods:
1. Mix the marinade and chicken together and let it marinade for at least 30 minutes.
2. Fold the Pandan leaves following the instructions shown in the video, and put the chicken bites inside the folded Pandan leaves.
3. Use medium to high heat and fry the Pandan fried chicken for around 10-12 minutes.
4. Enjoy your delicious Pandan Fried Chicken!!!

香兰炸鸡
材料:
400克去骨鸡大腿肉, 切块。
香兰叶 洗干净
食油
调味料:
2颗香菜
2 瓣蒜头
4粒小葱
1 汤匙鱼露
1汤匙蚝油
1茶匙糖
做法:
1.鸡肉块和调味料混均。腌制至少30分钟。
2. 照着视频里示范的方法,把香兰叶折成一个袋子,放入鸡肉包好。
3.用中大火油炸香兰鸡10-12分钟,滤干多余的油。
4.可以享用了!!!
