Chicken Stick Boti:

Ingredients:

Chicken cubes ½ kg
Yogurt ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cream ½ cup
Red Chili (chopped) 1 tsp
Green Chili Paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Papaya 1 tbsp
Butter 50 gm
Shashlik Sticks as required
All spice powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp

Method:
Marinate chicken with yogurt, Mayonnaise, cream, chilies, black pepper, red chili powder, green chilies, salt, papaya, lemon juice and leave it for 20 minutes.
Now put chicken both on shashlik sticks and freeze. In the end, heat butter and fry shashlik sticks for 15-20 minutes both sides.




Imli ki Chutney:
Ingredients:
Tamarind juice 1 cup
Ground red chili 6
Cumin 1 tsp
Black salt ½ tsp
Whole coriander ½ tsp
Jaggery 1 piece
Mint ½ bunch
Garlic cloves 6
Method:
In tamarind add coriander, cumin, salt, jiggery, round red chili add and cook then cool it then blend it. after this add mint, tamarind water and garlic add and blend then serve it.



Mutton Chops Masala:

Ingredients:
Mutton chops 500 gm
Yogurt ½ cup
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 6
Garlic 8 cloves
Lemon juice 4 tbsp
Cumin (roasted) 2 tbsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Onions 2
Fresh coriander ½ bunch
Oil ½ cup
Ginger (chopped) as required

Method:
In the blender add yogurt, green chilies, black pepper, cumin, garlic and lemon juice. Blend well. Then add this mixture onto the mutton chops and marinate it for about half an hour. Now heat oil and fry the onions. Then add tomatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Cook well. Now add marinated chops and cook properly. Lastly add fresh coriander, chopped ginger. Dish out and serve hot.
