guys in this video we are going to make idli with chicken. Idli is a world famous Indian dish that have International reputation.

Idli is mostly consider as breakfast but many also take it as a full make who make dieting. Idli is very easy to digest and then doesn't have any oil ingredient in it.

today I have purchased banana leaves from a local Store. then I shaped this Banana Leaf into a round shape. then and added some idli paste into the banana leaf. then I added some chicken curry which I purchased from local restaurant near me. and then I added some more Idli paste on the top of chicken curry.

I locked this concept in a Idli Patra or Idli dish which is specially designed to cook Idli and you can also see this as a Idli trimming dish or streaming pan.

the entire concept take hardly 5 minutes to cooking. and this dish will make you fall in love with it and it is very easy to cook and if you are a foodie you should taste this food.
