Bulgur Risotto

Ingredients:
* 2 pieces of chicken thigh
* 1 large onion
* 1.5 cups of fine bulgur
* 200 grams of mushrooms
* 4 tablespoons of butter
* 300 ml of chicken broth
* 600 ml of water
* 2 cloves of garlic
* About the size of a walnut, ginger
* 2 sprigs of rosemary
* 50 grams of Izmir tulum cheese (or any other similar cheese like parmesan)
* A pinch of red pepper flakes
* 1 level teaspoon of salt

Directions:
1. To cook the bulgur pilaf, combine 300 ml of chicken broth with 600 ml of water in a pot and heat it on the stove.
2. In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the 1.5 cups of bulgur until it starts to change color.
3. Add the diced 2 pieces of chicken thigh and a pinch of salt to the sautéed bulgur, and continue to sauté. It's important to add a pinch of salt at each stage as it will enhance the flavor of the added ingredients.
4. Add the finely chopped onion and another pinch of salt, and continue to sauté for 3-4 more minutes.
5. Add the thinly sliced mushrooms and another pinch of salt, and continue to sauté.
6. Mix in 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, a pinch of red pepper flakes, 2 sprigs of rosemary leaves, and the juice or zest of the ginger.
7. Slowly add the heated chicken broth while stirring well.
8. Finally, add 2 tablespoons of cold butter and 2 tablespoons of grated Izmir tulum cheese, and mix well.
9. When serving, don't forget to sprinkle grated cheese and a pinch of black pepper on top.
