Kitchen our Doctor is presenting Eid recipes in a very special way. Celebrate this Eid within budget. Stay home stay safe. So, we are telling you that how can we cook different desserts with few ingredients available at home. We also want to cook for a joint family within budget.

Recipe.

Ingredients

1- Butter(Makhan)1 tbsp
2- Rainbow vermicelli (Rangeen pasta saviyan) 1 small cup
3- Sugar (Cheeni) To taste
4- Full cream milk (Malai vaala doodh)1/2 kg
5- Dry milk powder(khusk doodh) 2-3 tbsp
6- Custard powder (mango or strawberry flavour)
7- Dry fruits(khushk mevajaat)

Method
1- Heat up pan on medium to low flam. Add butter and roast dry fruits for few seconds.2- Add colour vermicelli and roast only 2 minutes and add sugar. Mix it well and add full cream milk with dry milk powder and stir regularly until vermicelli becomes tender.
3- Take half small cup milk and add 1 or 1/2 tbsp custard powder and mix well. Gradually add it into vermicelli custard and stir regularly until it becomes thick but runny.

Doodh Dulari is perfect to make on first day of Eid ul Fitr. It is as tasty as it looks and will give you immense pleasure.
