Скумбрия с овощами и травами. Это классика простых рыбных рецептов.

Для приготовления Вам понадобится:
Скумбрия 2 штуки (+/-).
Морковь 1 штука .
Лук 1 штука.
Для маринада :
Соус терияки 2 чайные ложки либо заменить на соевый соус .
Соль по вкусу .
Перец черный по вкусу .
Паприка .
Горчица французская 1 чайная ложка .
Сок лимона 1 чайная ложка .
Масло оливковое 2 чайные ложки (+/-) .
