I was not feeling well the day we filmed this, so my older kids took over ALL the meal prep and cooking! I’m such a blessed mama!

Breakfast: A fruit board with various fruits (you pick what you love), homemade waffles, bread, and cheeses!

Second Breakfast and Eleve combo: Grilled paleo sausage skillet with peas, corn, and broccoli

A Lite Lunch: Spinach and cheesy almond quesadilla wraps with Salsa and @siete chips

Tea/Snack: Carrots and cucumbers with Homemade Hummus

Dinner: Grass-fed burgers with sweet potatoes and homemade coleslaw
Condiments: pickles, honey, and butter for the sweet potatoes, and the burgers got ketchup, mustard, onions, and some had fried mushrooms. (Sorry, I did not get all of that in the video)

Feeding my children six times a day is a decision rooted in my deep love and care for them. I know 6 meals/snacks a day can seem like a lot, but it’s essential to know that we don’t always eat six times a day. It’s on the menu, just in case.

Growing bodies require proper nutrition for optimal development, and I want to ensure that my children have the fuel they need to thrive. I feel blessed that I can do this!

We make 21 Meals and 21 Snacks weekly for 13 people, and the goal is to keep most of what we buy clean and healthy.

Thank you so much for being here and spending a piece of your day with me! Your love and support does not go unnoticed!

Peace, Joy, and Blessings! Pamela!
