Let’s make Steak a weeknight meal again!
Marinate before work and grill or pan fry when you get home!
1 Swift Flank Steak
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary or 1 TBL dry rosemary
2 sprigs of fresh or 2 tsp dry thyme
4 cloves smashed not minced garlic
4 TBL of Tina Cannon’s European Blend Seasoning
4 TBL brown sugar
4 TBL Worcestershire or soy sauce
1 cup of rich red wine, such as Merlot of Cabernet
Let marinate for 4-8 hours and grill or pan fry to medium rare to medium temperature, rest for 10 minutes and slice against the grain
