Tuscan salmon
700g Salmon
1/2 Tsp garlic granules/ purée
1/2 Tsp Cajun
1 Tsp all purpose
1/2 paprika
1/2 Tsp lemon pepper season


Combine season and add to salmon
Allow to marinate 30 minutes

Hot skillet with oil
Place salmon skin side down for 4 to 6 minutes at medium heat
An flip for another 3 to 4 or minutes or until salmon has hit an internal temperature of 75 degrees Celsius

Then remove

To the same pot
Add 500g cherry tomatoes
5 cloves diced garlic
1 to 2 diced shallots or onion
Cook these out until tomatoes are soften and starts to mash
1/2 Tsp all purpose
1/4 Tsp Cajun
50 g dried tomatoes
1 tbsp of the oil in the jar with the sun-dried tomatoes
70g extra thick double cream
1 cup pasta water

And enough grated Parmesan cheese to help combine a creamy rich sauce.
