•INGREDIENTS•
12 oz gemelli pasta
1 cup grind beef
1/2 onion chopped
1 cup chopped mushroom
(your choice of mushroom)
1 cup chopped tomato
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon truffle salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic chopped
1 10 1/2 oz tomato sauce
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh grind Parmesan
cheese for garnish
Some parsley
•RECIPE.
In heated pan add 1 tablespoons olive oil
Cook the meat until nice golden then add onion, mushroom, and tomato stir well
add 2 tablespoons olive mix together cook until color of onion golden add 1 teaspoon truffle salt, black pepper and chopped garlic stir and add tomato sauce
cook for 3 to 5 minutes then
add 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese mix well together
In a pot bring the 7 cups of boiling water pour the pasta cook until nice soft or follow the directions from the box
Add cook pasta it to sauce mix together finish with fresh grind Parmesan cheese & chopped parsley please please let me know how you guys love it
