PS To all those thinking of asking: I haven’t tried this with quinoa, cauliflower rice or any other rice alternative, no I don’t recommend making this with breast unless you want chunks of dry meat but if you really want to cut down on calories, skip the cheese and stir through 1/2 cup parmesan instead (almost 1/5th of the calories) and sprinkle the top with some breadcrumbs. This is called compromising!!
