In this video, I show you step by step the marinade process, demonstrating the best techniques for ensuring your chicken is imbued with all the wonderful flavors.

1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Cup Coco Aminos
1/4 Cup Tamari
1/4 Cup Minced Onion
1 Cup Coconut Sugar
1 Teaspoon Minced Ginger
Let this heat up in a pan until the sugar is melted. Then let it cool.

In a separate bowl combine 2 small cans of concentrated pineapple juice with 1/2 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.

Once the warmed marinated is cooled off, combine the two and pour on your chicken.

Let this marinade in your refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Then it's ready for grilling. So good you don't need BBQ Sauce!!

This chicken definitely has the essence of Hawaii!!
