- Marinate 500 grams Surmai or any other fish with 5 minced green chillies, 1 lemon juice, 2 tbsp oil, 1.5 tbsp besan, 3/4th tbsp salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, half tbsp turmeric powder and cumin powder in an oven-friendly pan. Let it sit for half an hour.
- Now bake it in a preheated oven at 250 Degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. Brush some oil before taking it out. Garnish with masala onions and coriander leaves.
