This quick and easy pasta recipe is what my dreams are made of. It’s spicy, tomato-y and creamy deliciousness!

Ingredients
⁃ 500g of pasta (I used spirals)
⁃ 400g of tomato puree/passata
⁃ 100g of butter
⁃ 4 tbsp of chilli flakes
⁃ 1 tsp of chilli powder
⁃ salt, to taste
⁃ 300g of sour cream
⁃ 2 cups of pasta water

Method
1. Add the butter to a pan
2. Once the butter has melted, add the chilli flakes and chilli powder
3. Add in the tomato puree/passata, sour cream, salt, pasta water and salt before mixing well
4. Bring it to a boil and add the cooked pasta
5. Stir until pasta is evenly coated with sauce
