Resep "Spaghetti Aglio e olio dengan ikan salmon renyah/ crispy"

Bahan masakan:
- Spaghetti
- Ikan Salmon
- Keju Cheddar dan Parmesan
- Tepung tapioka

Bumbu2:

- Minyak Zaitun Extra Virgin, secukupnya
- Minyak kelapa sawit, untuk menggoreng ikan salmon
- 1 buah jeruk lemon
- Bawang putih secukupnya sesuai selera, iris2 kecil/di lembutkan,sesuai selera
(untuk spaghetti dan marinade salmon)
- Garam,
- Gula sedikit saja, untuk salmon
- Merica
- Air putih/susu
- Parsley, iris2 kecil
- Vetsin, sedikit

Catatan;
Air putih bisa di ganti susu cair

Cara membuatnya:

"Hidangan Spaghetti"

1.Didihkan sepanci, air asin
2. Rebus spageti hingga al dente, memasaknya sekitar 9 menit sampai 11 menit
3. Letakkan wajan di api sedang, lalu tambahkan minyak zaitun extra virgin, jangan
terlalu banyak & jangan terlalu sedikit, tapi sedang.
4. Masukan bawang putih selagi minyak masih panas, masak hingga bawang putih
berwarna kuning agak keemasan, kira kira selama 4 menit sampai 5 menit
dan wangi bawang putih yg gurih
5. Tambahkan sedikit sisa air rebusan spageti, irisan peterseli, lada hitam atau putih,
sedikit saja, atau sesuai selera, lalu cicipi, sampai rasanya pas sesuai selera
6. Aduk, hingga pasta spageti terlapisi dengan rata
7. selesai, sajikan, dgn taburan keju parut parmesan dan cheddar

- "Hidangan Salmon"

1. Cuci bersih ikan salmon, beri perasan air jeruk lemon & garam, diamkan kira2 15 menit,
(gunanya supaya tidak terlalu bau ikan)
2. Lalu, cuci lagi,
3. Buat marinade, yaitu: air/susu, garam sedikit, black/white pepper, minyak zaitun
(kalau ikannya terlalu bau ikan, bisa ditambah dengan jahe yg dihaluskan, sedikit saja)
4. Diamkan sebentar
5. Siapkan tepung tapioka, garam sedikit, dan merica
6. Ikan yang dimarinade, angkat dari mangkok marinade,
lalu masukan ke tepung tapioka, lalu diratakan hingga semua kena
terselimuti oleh tepung tapioka tersebut.
7. Siapkan wajan untuk menggoreng, beri minyak goreng secukupnya
8. Goreng ikan salmon yang sudah diselimuti oleh tepung, dengan api sedang hingga renyah
9. Angkat, selesai, hidangkan!
