With the colder weather here there is nothing I want to enjoy more than nice hearty meals. We love having hot lunches, but don’t always want air fryer chicken or heavier dishes. This air fryer roasted tomato soup is always a winner and actually goes SO well with an air fryer grilled cheese.
Air Fryer Roasted Tomato Soup is a creamy soup that is made from tomatoes, onion, and garlic that have been roasted in an air fryer.
The whole process takes 30 minutes which is half of what a roasted tomato soup takes! What I like about this Airfried Tomato soup is that it is very light and rich in flavors. The rosemary and basil are a great match. Additionally, the onions and cayenne red pepper brings in that extra kick.
