RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN MARINADE:
1.     2 Chicken Breasts, thinly sliced
2.     1 Egg
3.     1 TBSP Soy Sauce
4.     2 TBSP Oyster Sauce
5.     1 tbsp Fivespice
6.     ¼ cup Flour
7.     1 clove minced Garlic
8.     1 oz minced Ginger
9.     Salt and pepper to taste
DREDGE:
1.     1.5 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
RAMEN BROTH:
1.     1 TSP chicken bouillon powder
2.     1 oz lemongrass paste
3.     1 oz basil paste
4.     Chopped cilantro
5.     Soy sauce
6.     Chili oil
7.     1 oz Tamarind sauce
NOODLES:
1.     1 Package Ready to Eat Noodles
2.     Hot Water from Kettle
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.     Marinate your chicken breast in a large bag with all the ingredients in the “marinade” section for one hour, squeezing everything until combined. This way, no messy hands.
2.     Afterwards, dredge in panko breadcrumbs and fry on both sides for two minutes.
3.     Then, add the ingredients for your ramen broth to a bowl, whisk, add ready to eat noodles, and slowly add hot water from a kettle. Toss until noodles are fork tender.
4.     Top with chicken, cilantro, green onions, and sesame seeds and drizzle with some hot sauce like sriracha.
5.     Enjoy!
