My friend and fan Stephanie commented on the pasta dough video that she would love to see a recipe that didn't require any specialty equipment. Not only does this recipe not require any equipment but it also only requires 5 ingredients: semolina, egg, water, pecorino, pepper, butter. I'm not lying when I say that for 5 ingredients this recipe swings big and hits hard. Totally worth it.
