Pasta Alle Vongole

Ingredients:
- Vongole 500g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dry White wine 150ml
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Red chili (optional)
- Olive oil 50ml
- Pasta Spaghetti 250g

1. Wash vongole with salt water, make sure they are closed.
2. Fry the garlic and chopped red chili with olive oil.
3. Add vongole, white wine, cover with a lid and cook over high heat until all vongole are open.
4. Add the pasta and chopped parsley.
