Servings - 3

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 40 grams
Gram flour - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Pav bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon
Paneer - 150 grams
Bell pepper - 2 tablespoons
Spring roll sheets - 9
Oil - for fry

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 40 grams yogurt, 2 tablespoons gram flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala and mix it well.
2. Add 150 grams paneer and mix it well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Prick a toothpick in bell pepper and spring roll sheet. (See video)
4. Now, prick it in marinated paneer.
5. Heat sufficient oil in a pan and shallow fry these until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
6. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. Serve.
