From one of NYC’s best Italian chefs, Rita Sodi (who is also one of the chef-owners at Via Carota), I Sodi is our favorite Italian restaurant in the city. In addition to the famous Lasagne a Sugo, and their amazing Cacio e Pepe (which is very similar to the one at Via Carota), we recommend (trying) to save room for the incredibly decadent Torta di Cioccolato
