My favourite vegetarian/vegan pasta recipe. This easy and quick broad beans pasta sauce is absolutely packed with flavour and good for you ingredients that will make you feel full, healthy and satisfied!

Finish it off with high quality extra virgin olive oil and parmigiano cheese if you consume it!

INGREDIENTS:
Serves 2
200g pasta (Paccheri)
100g peeled broad beans
100g peeled cherry tomatoes
Half an onion
2 sprigs marjoram
Extra virgin olive oil
Parmigiano (to serve)
1 chilli

Method
Step 1
Slice up the onion, then get it frying in plenty of the olive oil and get some salty water on for the pasta

Step 2
Using scissors, snip the chilli and tomatoes into the pan and add the broad beans. Get the pasta cooking

Step 3
Once the onion has softened add the marjoram leaves and spoon in the pasta with plenty of its cooking water. Toss to coat, then serve!
