Mushroom tikka is an Indian appetizer made by marinating & grilling mushrooms with spices, herbs and yogurt. These grilled mushroom skewers are simply delicious, bursting with flavors & are easy to make.

Ingredients:-

For Marination:-
1 2 tbsp Sonali Mustard Oil
2 1 tsp jeera whole
3 1 tsp Dhania whole
4 2 tsp Red chilli powder
5 2 tsp Kasuri methi
6 1 tsp haldi powder
7 ½ cup whisked curd
8 1 tsp besan
9 Salt (as per taste)
10 ½ chaat masala

Vegetables:-
1 10 Mushroom
2 1 chopped capsicum
3 1 onion (Petals)
4 1 tomato

Method:-
1. Dry roast whole jeera & whole dhania. Make powder masala from it.

2. Take 2 tbsp Sonali Mustard oil in a bowl, add red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, kasuri methi, haldi powder, whisked curd, besan, salt & mix well.

3. Add Mushroom, onion, capsicum, tomato mix gently coating with the marination.

4. Roast on medium flame and keep rotating in between roast all sides, making sure it doesn’t burnt.

5. Serve hot.
