✨10 Minute Mushroom Sauce✨
You’ll want to top this creamy deliciousness on literally everything!
It’s luxurious yet a simple take on Mushroom Stroganoff that doesn’t call for any gourmet ingredients. You absolutely could just sauté up some mushrooms in a load of butter and stir through a gallon of cream.
Recipe:
1. Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan, followed by 3-4 chopped garlic & 1 chopped onion. Sauté until softened & then add thyme.
2. Add 400 grams sliced mushrooms & cook until mushrooms have released juices & golden brown
3. Add 2 tbsp flour & sauté for a couple of minutes.
4. Add 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp soy sauce & 1.5 cups chicken stock to deglaze and simmer. Add 2 tbsp fresh cream
5. Season with coriander, salt and pepper to taste.
