As per request I upload the short version of my russian salad which was uploaded already at my Iftar video. Bellow are the simple ingredients, I did not measure any of them, I just did as per my preference.

You will need:
2 packs of ready to use russian salad mix
pickled cucumber
hard boiled eggs (used as many as you want) I used 5 for my recipe
chicken mortadella
sour cream (the thickest one will be nice)
mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Procedure:
1. Boil the eggs
2. Boil the mixed vegetables as per instruction on the packaging
3. Cut the cucumber, mortadella and hardboiled eggs in to squares.
4. Drained the vegetables and put it in a large bowl
5. Mix into the vegetables the other ingredients, plus salt and pepper.
6. of course you need to taste it as per your preference
7. It is better to serve them cold.
