Milanese-style cooked rice recipe from the Cooking Notebook, issued in 1971.

I think the recipe at that time was deficient in protein, so I suggest you add more chicken or pancetta if you like.
After shooting this video, I thinly cut the leftover meat from the asado (barbecue) and added it to this dish.
