Making A Filipino Dish Adobo!Enjoy!

Ingredients:

•Pork Belly or Chicken Wings
•5 Cloves Garlic
•1 tsp Salt
•Generous amount of Soy Sauce
•5 tbsp of Vinegar (any amount how you like it to taste) Vinegar is what makes it Adobo.

Chop the Pork Belly into squares or if your doing Chicken Wings cut them in half.

Add the Garlic,Salt and Soy Sauce and mix in a large bowl.

Normally good to let marinate for an hour or overnight,the longer it marinated the more nicer it is.

After marinated meat is ready,place in a heated pan. No oil is needed.

Give it stir and let simmer on a low heat for up to 30mins.

After the 30mins add Vinegar to this dish this is what makes it Adobo.Give it a generous mix and leave for another 10mins. Than after 10mins it’s ready.

Adding Rice or any side dish of your choice.

And there you have it!
