Want to learn how to make this beautiful laminated pasta with herbs sandwiched in between layers of pasta? It's easier than you think.

Ideally you'll have a pasta machine, but if you don't you can do the same thing with a rolling pin (it'll take longer, though!)

You can use any kind of herb or even edible flowers, just make sure they are thin so they don't tear the pasta while you are rolling it out!

Once you are done, you can cut it into shapes, or even make a spectacular ravioli with it. Just be sure to use a light sauce that allows the beauty of the pasta to show through. One ideal application is a clear broth soup with the pasta cut into large squares to highlight the herbs!
