Lemon Risotto ☃️
200g rice
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 lemon
250g salmon
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. curcuma
200ml white wine
vegetable broth
some parmesan, I used vegan parmesan
