This Lazy Trader Joe’s Cili Onion Hummus Pasta is a winner. It’s got a hint of spice, and adding baby broccoli rounds the flavors out perfectly. Here’s everything you need:

16 oz TJ’s Organic Pasta Quintet
10 oz TJ’s Chili Onion Hummus
8 oz Baby Broccoli, chopped
1 tbsp TJ’s Crunchy Chili Onion Oil
¼ cup Reserved Pasta Water
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Chili Onion Peanuts, Chopped (optional, for garnish)

Prepare pasta according to package instructions—reserve ¼ cup of the pasta water and set aside.

As the pasta cooks, heat a medium pan over medium heat. Add in the baby broccoli and crunchy onion chili oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes and set aside.

Drain the pasta and add it back to the pot. Add in the chili onion hummus and broccoli rabe. Slowly add in the pasta water and mix until it reaches your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chili onion peanuts if you’d like and enjoy!
