Olive oil
Medium onion diced
3 cloves of garlic minced
1lb ground beef
Spices 1tsp of each: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, KFRED cajun seasoning,turmeric, minced dried garlic, oregano, parsley & basil. Jar marinara sauce
1 can fire roasted tomatoes
32oz chicken broth
1cup heavy whipping cream
Box Lasagna pasta broken into pieces
For cheese mixture:
1 Container ricotta cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Italian shredded cheese Salt, KFRED & garlic powder to taste mix well and set aside.
Heat up 1-2tbs olive oil in large pot. Add diced onions, sauté for 6 to 7 minutes then add minced garlic, sauté for another minute or two then add ground beef and brown. Add seasonings mix well. Add in marinara sauce, chicken broth, fire roasted tomatoes & heavy cream mix well. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Now you can Add in 3 heaping spoons of your cheese mixture mix well then add pasta. Lower heat, cover and cook for 8-10 minutes or until pasta is done. Serve and top with a spoon of cheese mixture.
