ingredients:
Chicken 2 Kg
Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
chicken Masala 2 tsp
black Pepper 1 tsp
oregano seasoning 4 tsp
salt to taste about 2 tsp
Ajinomoto 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
butter milk 500 gram
2 eggs

For Breading
refind flour 1 kg
salt 2 tsp
oregano seasoning 4 tbsp
Recipe:
Marinate the chicken with all spices and sauces and let it marinate for 4 hours then add 2 eggs.
Take refind flour add salt 2 tsp and oregano seasoning 4 tsp then roll the chicken in breading and then dip chicken into water and again roll Chicken in breading then shake out extra flour and put into medium hot oil and fry for 12 Min. KFC style Chicken Wings is ready.
