Instant Pot Spaghetti and Meatballs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup Pecorino cheese or parmesan, grated or mix both!
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg
- salt & black pepper
- chopped parsley
- 1 28oz. peeled tomato can or diced or even marinara sauce
- 1 tbsp Calabrian chili pepper
- 2 cups water
- spaghetti

1. Set your instant pot on sauté. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil once it's heated add the meatballs.
2. Sear on both sides.
3. Add the whole tomatoes, but break down with your hands or chop them with a knife.
4. Add Calabrian chili pepper.
5. Add the dried spaghetti and water. Do not stir.
6. Cook for 8 minutes. Release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
7. Stir and enjoy!
