Hi everyone! Welcome to my channel. I don't know what I love more cooking or cooking sounds. Well...maybe the cooking wins, but the sounds are pretty darn close! I made Butternut squash Risotto, so tasty! I have the full video and recipe linked below.

Butternut Squash Risotto:

1 1/2 pounds butternut squash, diced
2 cups Arborio rice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
7 cups chicken stock
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
