Whipped Ricotta with Vodka Pasta! The pasta you all need in your life! A perfectly herby whipped ricotta with saucy spiced pasta!

Recipe
Whipped Ricotta
1 cup ricotta
handful of parsley
Drizzle of honey
Chili Flakes
Salt & Pepper
Tbsp olive oil
Zest of one lemon

Blend and then plate and set aside

Pasta
1/2 yellow onion chopped
3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup tomato paste
2 oz vodka
3/4 cup heavy cream
Hot chili flakes. salt and pepper
Lots of parmesan
Some pasta water
Pasta of choice

Drizzle olive oil in pan and sauté onion and garlic for 5 minutes until translucent. Add tomato paste and cook for 5 minutes. Add vodka and cook for 1 minute. Stir in cream and seasoning. Add parmesan and a splash of pasta water. Add cooked pasta
