INGREDIENTS :
• 2 cups rice (use the cup from rice cooker)
• 200 grams mushroom (you can use any mushroom)
• 3 cloves minced shallot
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 4 cups chicken broth (use the cup from rice cooker)
• 1½ tablespoons butter (20 grams)
• 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese (20 grams)

Toppings :
• grated parmesan cheese
• chopped parsley / celery
