Kebab was originated at Middle East. Kebab is a wide variety of grilled meat dishes. It is also called as Chuan or Shashlik.
Kebabs consist of cut up or ground meat, sometimes with vegetables, and various other accompaniments according to the specific recipe. Kebabs are typically cooked on a skewer over a fire.
The traditional meat for kebab is most often mutton or lamb, but regional recipes may include beef, goat, chicken or fish.

In this episode, we visited "Kebab it" an hot spot for kebabs at Elliot Beach, Besant Nagar.
They have varieties of kebab in both veg & non-veg and recently added Indo-Chinese cuisine in their menu. We tasted their special shawarma, malai chicken tikka, chicken omelette, hangara kebab and crispy chicken. All their dishes tasted really good, it had its own uniqueness in taste.
