Gochujang Tuna Pasta

The following recipe makes two servings:

200g spaghetti, 20 cherry tomatoes, 6 garlic cloves, 200ml milk, 2 teaspoons of gochujang, 30 grams of parmesan cheese and more to add to your pasta, chili oil (optional), dash of black pepper, 1 tuna can

1) Start by chopping the garlic into thin slices and cutting the onion into small chunks.

2) Add olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry garlic and onion until fragrant and add cherry tomatoes. Stir-fry again for 2 minutes.

3) Add gochujang, milk and 30g Parmesan cheese. Stir well. Add a dash of black pepper and take from heat.

4) Remove oil from tuna can and set it aside.

4) Cook spaghetti for 8 minutes and add to the gochujang sauce. Add tuna and mix well. Let it simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

5) Serve with more parmesan and chili oil.
