Flower Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

- 3 eggs
- 300 grams flour (2.5 cups)
- 1 teaspoon salt

For boiling:

- Hot water
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

1. First, place the flour on the counter or in a mixing bowl, and make a well in the center.
2. Break the eggs into the well, add the salt, and beat the eggs with a fork while gradually incorporating the flour.
3. Once the eggs start to thicken, knead by hand until the flour is fully incorporated and the dough becomes smooth and firm.
4. Wrap the prepared dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
5. Divide the rested dough into 2 equal parts and shape them into balls.
6. Run the dough through a pasta machine on the thickest setting once. If you don't have a pasta machine, you can roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Roll it out slightly thicker than regular pasta dough. Repeat the process for the other piece.
7. Place edible flowers and vegetables on one sheet of dough. Place the other sheet of dough on top and roll out again.
8. Cut the pasta to your desired width.
9. To cook the pasta, add some salt to boiling water, then add the pasta and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
10. Drain the cooked pasta and serve it with your preferred sauce. I chose cheese.
11. In a suitable pot, melt some butter, add the pasta, and stir. Add your desired cheese on top and serve.
