Asian Pork Chops
Pork Chop Marinade:
3/4 Cup Orange Juice
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
Marinate chops for 6-8 hours
Orange Soy Sauce:
1/2 Cup Orange Juice
2 Tbsp Filipino Ketchup
1 Tsp Ginger Powder
2 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Bring to a boil and simmer until thickens and use cornstarch slurry to thicken as well
Cooking:
Smoke chops for 45 minutes for 45 minutes and finish with grilling chops over open grill. If you don’t have smoker then cook entirely over open flame.
Top with sauce and sesame seeds.
