Creamy Potato Soup #shorts

Ingredients:
+ 6 strips of bacon
+ 1 medium yellow/white onion
+ 3 cloves of minced garlic
+ 2 1/2 Lb. of potatoes peeled and diced into pieces
+ 4 cups of chicken broth
+ 2 cups of milk
+ 2/ cup of whipping cream
+ 3 tbsp. of cornstarch diluted in 3 tbsp. of water
+ 1 tsp. of salt
+ 1 tsp. of fresh ground pepper
+ 1/2 tsp. of cayenne or chili powder
+ 1 cup of shredded cheese( cheddar or mozarella)
+ 2 diced green onions

For toppings :
+ cooked bacon
+ diced green onions
+ shredded cheese
