Hello. Finely chop 1/2 onion. Carefully cut off the peel of one orange. And finely chop. Heat water for pasta. Heat olive oil and a little butter in a skillet. Fry the onion for a golden color. Add orange zest there and squeeze out orange juice. Salt and add black pepper to taste. Add 100 ml of cream. Add al dente pasta to skillet and bring to a boil.
