Chicken biriani : 1 kg boneless Chicken, 1 kg boiled basmati rice, all khada masala roasted powder, 1/2 cup dry coconut roasted, 3 big onion, 2 tomato pury, bay leaves 4/5, salt, 5 big tbsp oil, fruit colour 2 tbsp, Kesar essence 1 tbsp., curd 2 cup, 1 cup mint leaves, coriander 1 cup , red chilly powder 4 tbsp 1 tbsp turmeric powder, biryani masala 4 tbsp.

For marination; 1 kg Chicken 1 cup Curd, coriander 1/2 cup, 2 tbsp chilly powder, turmeric powder 2 tbsp, 2 tbsp oil, salt, chicken masala 4 tbsp, ginger-garlic paste 1 big spoon
marinate all and keep aside for 1 hour .
