Today's video is about:
Authentic Chapli Kabab Recipe | Peshawari Chapli Kabab Recipe Restaurant Style | چپلی کباب |

Ingredients:
500 gram Ground Beef or mutton,
2 Onion (medium, chopped),
1 tbsp. Ginger Garlic Paste,
1 tbsp. Green Chili (chopped),
1 tbsp. Pomegranate Seeds,
3~4 tbsp. Fresh Coriander,
5 tbsp. Gram Flour,
1 tsp Salt,
1½ tsp Chili Flakes,
1 tsp Garam Masala (powder),
½ tsp Turmeric,
2 tbsp. Coriander (crushed),
2 tbsp. Unsalted Butter,
1 Egg,
2 Tomatoes (medium),
Oil for frying.

Method:
- Add ground beef, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chili, pomegranate seeds, fresh coriander, gram flour, salt, chili flakes, garam masala powder, turmeric, coriander, butter and egg in a bowl.
- Give it a good mix.
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour to marinate.
- Remove seeds from tomatoes and cut in small cubes.
- Add to the ground beef mixture and mix.
- Take a small portion and shape it in to kebab.
- Fry these kebabs in preheated oil on any flat pan at medium to low flame.
