- olive oil (for the meat if too dry or for a finishing touch)

- +-350 grams of dry pasta or fresh pasta (100 grams flour per egg, knead for 5min, min. 15min to max. 24h in the fridge) or a combination ( best of both worlds, dry pasta gives your starchy water)
