Red lentils contain:
Vitamins: B1, B2, B4, B5, B9, C, A, E, PP.
Minerals: potassium, calcium, selenium, sulfur, sodium, magnesium, iron, manganese, phosphorus, copper, fluorine, zinc, chromium.
Biologically active substances:
beta-carotene; interchangeable essential amino acids; unsaturated fatty acids;

Ingredients:

Red lentils - 150 gr.
Water - 1 liter.
Salt - 2/3 tsp
